Adventure Gospel – A New Opera by Orlandito

Artistic Director Alison Cook-Beatty has been commissioned to choreograph this Opera and the Dancers of Alison Cook Beatty Dance will be performing on August 17th!

ABOUT

Alison Cook Beatty Dance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dance company based in New York City. Founded in 2012, the company is a classically-based modern dance company exploring the universal human condition through expansive and emotionally-driven movement grounded in American modern dance while exploring new approaches to finding unique creative expression.

We acknowledge the legal assistance we have received from Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and from the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP.

Alison Cook Beatty Dance is a recipient of coronavirus relief funding from Dance/NYC.

COMMUNITY

The healing and transformational power of the arts inspire the company to work with diverse groups within the community, as well as collaborative efforts with other artists across multiple disciplines.
