The Works is deeply committed to mentoring creativity in all forms\, teaching professionally-oriented students\, conducting arts awareness and community outreach programs for adults and youth of all ages\, and advocating relevance and appreciation of dance to promote the validity of individual expression and cross-cultural understanding.
