Facundo Ferreyra
Facundo Ferreyra was born in Córdoba, Argentina, and began his training at Danza Viva Centro de Estudios. He later graduated from the School of Dance at Teatro San Martín in Buenos Aires with a scholarship for artistic excellence. In Argentina, he performed with the Ballet Oficial de la Fundación Julio Bocca and worked with choreographers such as Cecilia Szalkowicz, Leila Tschopp, and Mauricio Wainrot.
He is a graduate of the Martha Graham School in New York, where he performed both excerpts and full works by Martha Graham, and was a member of Graham 2. A highlight of his career was performing with the Martha Graham Dance Company for Dior. Facundo also worked with choreographer Bradley Shelver and has taught Graham technique in workshops at the National University of the Arts and other institutions across Argentina.
