Alison Cook Beatty Dance will be performing in the 34th Annual Battery Dance Festival, which was previously known as the Downtown Dance Festival. The festival will be held at Robert F Wagner Junior Park at Battery Park City from Saturday, August 15 – August 20, with evening performances at 6:30 each night; and with a grand indoor finale at Pace University’s Schimmel Center for the Arts on August 21st at 6pm.
The 2015 line-up includes an exciting showcase of NYC-based dance companies (such as Alison Cook Beatty Dance) alongside international companies from Poland, Norway, and Italy, including the Indo-American Arts Council Erasing Borders Festival of Indian Dance held on the Festival’s opening day, August 15.
